About me

At E2E Counselling I offer insight and support to individuals by providing an enlightening and enriching experience of counselling and psychotherapy. I take an integrative approach to counselling, using humanistic and psychodynamic therapy and more, as I believe that each individual has different needs and as such a combination of therapeutic tools should be available to support the client's needs and circumstances.

The only person who knows how you feel emotionally is you. By working with me I will provide a safe environment for exploration and realisation.

The counselling room is a confidential space. It is specifically designed to offer an opportunity for you to be heard. There is no expectation or judgement, except for your right to focus on yourself and the issues in your life.

Challenges may arise through different life scenarios including family or partner relationships; work may impact on home life or vice versa. You may decide that it is simply time to review where you are in life. Blockages, internal or external, can lead to stagnation, lower self-esteem or create dilemmas and uncertainty. All of these factors have the potential to cause stress, anxiety, depression and a myriad of effects that are difficult to identify, work through or resolve. We can support you in working with and through the issues you bring, at your own pace.

The emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of each individual do not sit in isolation from each other and you will be surprised by the impact of self exploration in a safe and confidential therapeutic environment.

Founder of Counselling E2E Counselling London Ltd and an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

I have lived experience of managing various services in charitable organisations, which adds to a holistic and non-judgemental viewpoint.  'Life' affects everyone..

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, MBACP and as such I work within the BACP Ethical Framework and adhere to the Professional Conduct Procedures.

I thoroughly enjoy my work as a counselling professional and I remain committed to continuing my professional development to inform my work with clients. I also have the support of a qualified supervisor to further enhance my knowledge, understanding and therapeutic range. I initially trained as a counsellor over 20 years ago to develop a better understanding of myself, family and couple relationships. Becoming a qualified Marital and Couples Counsellor enhanced my ability to work with individuals and couples.

I have provided support to individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence, mental, emotional, physical, financial and sexual abuse including historical abuse and coercive control. I have extensive experience of working with couples as well individuals looking at relationship issues.   I have worked with those experiencing childhood abuse, trauma and depression as well as those impacted by redundancy, stress at work and health issues.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
