About me
Jen@Rejenerativetherapy.co.uk uses an integrative approach combining talking therapy, energy tools, and an enhanced understanding of trauma to enable you to regain control of your life, including body and mind, so you can get back on track with living. My 10+ years experience in a wide range of issues with both young and old, enables her to provide a specifically customized and personal service.
My warm, real, and genuine personality, creativity, and an ability to infuse different approaches means I can easily tailor your therapy to the uniqueness of you. I value and appreciate the energy and humanness of you, and I place importance on you getting to know and understand your own body and mind.
Combine this with a significant understanding of how trauma and bad things happening to us can affect us, and the safety of an effective Counselling relationship, brings results in a welcome, comfortable and nurturing environment, where change can and does occur.

I qualified doing a post graduate diploma in Counseling Psychology @ Keele. Progressed through to Master Practitioner and went on to complete this to a Psychotherapy level in NLP.
My latest CPD consisted of a Complex Trauma certification Training level 1 & 2 (CCTP/CCTP -II). Finished Jan 2023.
I have worked continuously with Black Country Women's Aid, Dudley Building Society, Victim Support and other local firms over the last 10 years. I also offer counselling & Supervision to companies who require help for their employees.
I am a non-pathologising counsellor which means I will not medicalise your distress and treat you like a human being.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
