About me

The unresolvement of stress related issues can lead to sleepless nights, overpowering feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, isolation and loneliness, anxiety, rage and mood swings. Does any of it sound familiar? If yes, then you do not need suffer and struggle by yourself. Counselling might be able to help and if you are reading this you have already started the process of dealing with your troubles.

If you think counselling is something you would like to try, you can get in touch and after a free initial phone conversation we can arrange an assessment session. This will give you an opportunity to experience what counselling with me as your therapist would be like and if the environment is one where you will feel safe and comfortable enough to discuss your thoughts and feelings, your worries and fears, your needs and wants and ask questions in a confidential and non-judgemental setting.

About me

As a person-centred and integrative practitioner I believe that sessions need to be lead by a client in terms of pace and topics in order to build trust between a client and a counsellor. I believe that all people are individuals and counselling techniques need to be adjusted to suit a particular client and a particular issue. I believe this approach to the therapy encourages a client to address emotions, thoughts and feelings troubling them and facilitates a client's recovery of autonomy and awareness of themselves.

I have experience in providing face to face and telephone counselling in English and Russian languages and helping variety of clients in terms of sex, gender and age to overcome and deal with symptoms of

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Self harm
  • Suicidal ideations
  • Mood swings
  • PTSD
  • Abuse
  • Disturbing or/and unwanted memories and flashbacks
  • Childhood Trauma
  • Bereavement and Loss
  • Life Transitions
  • Low Self Esteem
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Low Self Confidence
