About me

I work in a person centred way with people struggling with many different aspects of their lives including low mood, anxiety, loss/bereavement,body image, sexuality, menopause, low self esteem, abuse, weight and relationship issues for couples. I am also a qualified coach and can help you to achieve better performance at work. I use a variety of approaches and can offer short or longer term therapy to suit the need.
