Counselling can be seen as a journey of self discovery. So finding the right counsellor may be difficult. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I am trained as an Integrative counsellor. Which basically means that I am trained to work with clients using various psychological styles/Techniques making me adaptable to my clients needs. These can help clients to gain awareness of their current or previous circumstances and allow a process of change if required.
I have experience of working with issues with:
- Excessive eating
- Relationship difficulties
- Gender identity
- Sexual assault
- Long term illness
- Low confidence
- Weight Management
Being a BACP Accredited Member means that I am bound by the BACP ethical framework to work safely and effectively with my clients.
Our work together will be led by yourself with an initial commitment to 6 sessions and reviewed throughout. If you need any further sessions we can review this on session 6.
