There are times in life when we feel we need help and counselling provides you the space to consider and discuss what you feel is causing you concern or stress. I work with clients who are experiencing relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, bereavement, self-harming, low self-esteem or suicidal thoughts.
I offer you the space to talk freely in a non judgemental environment. How you feel about yourself will ripple into and impact on all of your relationships and experiences. My background includes working with domestic abuse survivors, sexual abuse survivors, bereavement, low-self esteem, anxiety and depression. I use an integrative approach and I can assist you in moving forward, towards towards the life you wish to be living. I will work with you in a safe and ethical manner to promote your well-being.
As an Integrative Counsellor I use three methods: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
I am a Professional Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society and a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy. I provide a confidential, safe environment and abide by the professional ethical framework for good practice. I will offer you a professional experience of therapy.
