Janet Liberato Counselling & Psychotherapy, MBACP (Reg), Accredited Member NCS
Wokingham & Finchampstead
I offer a space for you to consider and discuss what you feel is causing you concern, stress or distress. My background includes working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, bereavement, self-harming, low self-esteem or suicidal thoughts. In addition, I work with survivors of abuse (physical, sexual and emotional).
You can talk freely in a non judgemental and confidential environment. My approach is integrative which means that I use three methods of therapy: Person-Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I am happy to answer any queries you may have about these approaches.
I can assist you in moving forward, towards towards the life you wish to be living. I will work with you in a safe and ethical manner to promote your well-being and you will decide our pace and direction. The hardest part of counselling is making the first call, I understand the courage involved in getting to this stage.
I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and Professional Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society. I abide by the professional ethical framework for good practice and offer you a professional experience of therapy.
I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation.
You can call me on 07714302010 or email email@example.com
