Part of being human is that we all experience difficulties and challenges in our life. When life is hard it can feel really difficult to cope alone and we all need someone we can trust to talk to. We can experience difficulties in relationships, at work, feelings of loss, bereavement, depression, stress and anxiety.
I recognise that talking to someone new can often feel scary. I offer counselling and psychotherapy and provide a safe and nurturing space where you can explore and express your feelings, concerns and worries. I will support and encourage you in a non-judgemental environment where you can work towards overcoming your difficulties.
I work with clients on a wide range of mental health issues big and small. If you think you could benefit from talking things through with someone, please contact me knowing it is in full confidence.
