I offer counselling offer based on respect for you, working at the right pace for you, in the right way for you. I see adults and young people as clients. I am fully qualified, (level 6 diploma, accredited by the BACP, Certificate in Couple's Counselling, Certificate in Counselling Children and Adolescents). BACP registered member. Fully insured. I am an "Integrative" counsellor. This means I use the best mix of several theories to suit each individual client. (Person Centred, Gestalt and Psychodynamic). I have an interest in Carl Jung and am very pleased to help you explore the "bigger questions" in life, if appropriate. I am equally happy to work on resolving daily personal issues - relationships, stress and anxiety, grief and many other issues. Having been a meditation teacher I can support you in exploring or extending your mindfulness / awareness practice.
ASD / Aspergers: Over the years I have worked with many people of all ages with Aspergers and am currently a Specialist Mentor for students with ASD at the University of Bath. I have additional training in this area and always enjoy working with ASD clients and their families.
