I offer psychotherapy & counselling services for individuals, couples as well as parents and infants. Sometimes people present with relatively minor problems. Other times their problems impact on their lives interfering with their day to day living.

Anxiety & depression, relationship difficulties, post natal depression, bereavement, bonding, feeding or sleeping difficulties with their infant.
