I work in private practice and in schools with any emotional issues that are making life difficult, including friendship issues, couples therapy, jealousy, low self esteem, low self confidence, anger, grief, anxiety and depression. More information can be found by clicking through to my website.

What people say...
From a parent... "So wonderful to have my daughter back, I can't thank you enough!"
From a teenager... "Jane immediately put me at ease (even though I was a bit petulant and rude to her at first!) She is full of integrity, honesty and positivity and never made me feel like my behaviour was selfish or stupid. Meeting her helped me turn my life around. Thanks Jane!”
"The workshop was fantastic, I learnt so much and am feeling so optimistic"
"Being able to talk about things that have happened to me with out judgement or fear was a real turning point in my life. My only regret is that I didn't seek help sooner. I was so nervous and tearful during the first session, but Jane helped me to relax and actually build trust in someone. Now, I recommend therapy to everyone!"
"My relationship is so much better! Therapy was a learning process for me, a time to reflect upon my own behaviour and how I seemed to almost continually sabotage any chance of happiness that came my way. I understand myself better and that has helped me understand others too. Thanks Jane"
"Bye Bye Anorexia! Thanks Jane for helping me believe this could end and making it happen"
