CHANGE IS POSSIBLE. Are you feeling stuck? Do you want to change your life but don’t know how?
I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and I aim to work with you to explore ways of living a more fulfilling life by looking at your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and discovering how these may be holding you back.
My approach involves working collaboratively with you towards changing your unhelpful thinking and behaviour in order to help you to reach your goals and live a happier life. As you learn to use the CBT techniques, you will notice a significant improvement in how you feel and how you live your day to day life. The skills which you develop can result in lasting change and provide tools which you can draw upon for the rest of your life.
CBT is an evidence-based practice which has been proven to help with issues such as anxiety, panic, depression, stress, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder, low self-esteem and addictive behaviour.
I see the relationship between client and therapist as being a key part of therapy. Although my approach is primarily CBT-based, I use the various different types of therapeutic approaches learned during my training, as appropriate, in order to provide a more integrative, tailored approach for you.
I offer you therapy in a safe, empathic, non-judgemental and confidential environment.
