i provide support to clients with difficulties they may be experiencing in their lives. I work with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, or problems with anger.
In sessions we work together to build insight and understanding into what it is that brings you to counselling. Speaking to someone unbiased and impartial about your experiences can help you to make sense of things, and to identify and implement positive changes in your life.
It is my aim is that you will leave counselling in a better place than you entered it, feeling more secure and better able to deal with what life throws at you.
Are you thinking about starting Counselling?
Booking an initial session will give you the opportunity to meet me, and to see how you feel about the counselling process and talking about what's causing you difficulty.
There is no obligation to commit to ongoing sessions, however, if you decide you'd like to continue, we can discuss moving ahead with weekly sessions, either for a fixed time period, or on an open-ended basis.
Feel free to call, email, or message if you'd like to arrange an initial session.
