I provide a professional and confidential counselling service for adults, young people and children from welcoming rooms in central Hertford and Stanstead Abbotts.
If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, uncertainty, or troubles in your relationships, I can help. I see each client as an individual with a unique set of needs. Rather than offering advice or direction, I will work with you to help reach a greater level of self understanding. This can help you to find solutions and begin to make positive changes. My aim is that you will leave counselling in a better place than you entered it, feeling more secure and better able to deal with what life throws at you.
Are you thinking about starting Counselling?
One of the most important parts of counselling is finding the right counsellor for you, so that you can feel safe and secure enough to look at your true feelings without fear of judgement.
Booking an initial session will give you the opportunity to meet me, get a feel for my way of working, and see how you feel about the counselling process and talking about what's causing you difficulty.
There is no obligation to commit to ongoing sessions, however, if you decide you'd like to continue, we can discuss moving ahead with weekly sessions, either for a fixed time period, or on an open-ended basis.
Feel free to call, email, or message if you'd like to arrange an initial session.
