How can counselling help?
Cloud-free Counselling is all about change; a shift towards emotional wellbeing; a move towards choice, lifting barriers that hold you back, and focusing on you! Talking therapies work for many people and it often depends on who is listening. Undertaking counselling is for some, the first step towards self help and I offer a safe, confidential environment, free from judgement. Start with an initial free session; it may answer your questions as to why people choose talking therapies to overcome their difficulties.
