Jaki Watkins Registered MBACP, Dip. Supervision
How can counselling help?
I offer Individual Counselling, Couples Counselling, Family Therapy, Play Therapy and work with adults, young people and children. Cloud-free Counselling is all about change; a shift towards emotional wellbeing; a move towards choice, lifting barriers that hold you back, and focusing on you! Talking therapies work for many people and it often depends on who is listening. Undertaking counselling is for some, the first step towards self help and I offer a safe, confidential environment, free from judgement. Start with an initial free session; it may answer your questions as to why people choose talking therapies to overcome their difficulties.
Many people suffer with relationship and family issues, anxiety and depression. Counselling can offer the tools to get life back on track and take control of the things people believe they've lost sight of.
I am an Integrative/Humanistic Counsellor offering experience with children, young people, adults, couples and families who suffer anxiety, bereavement, trauma, addiction or are looking to change the way they view life, work, school, relationships, etc. I also offer clinical Supervision. Located in Hurstpierpoint.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy working within its framework for good practice.
