Dr Jacqueline Bristow MBBS, PGDip Psych, MRCPsych
I offer 1:1 psychotherapy consultations to people who have experienced problems with their mood, anxiety, stress, difficulties in relationships, or are feeling stuck or dissatisfied in life.
I have extensive experience of working in the field of mental health, both in the NHS and in the private sector. My special interest is in the talking therapies. I am experienced in providing psychotherapy assessments and weekly treatment to people with a wide range of difficulties.
During our initial consultation we will discuss what brings you to consider psychotherapy at this time, and what support might be helpful to you. The meeting is confidential and an opportunity for you to talk about your difficulties, and for us to think about them together.
Following this meeting I can advise on what the appropriate next steps are, which could be further assessment sessions, ongoing weekly psychotherapy with me, or a referral to another service.
