I have been a therapist for 13 years and have qualifications in the following psychotherapy:
CBT, IPT, Psychodynamic and EMDR. I am also trained in part one EMDR for children/adolescents.
I am a trained Supervisor working with therapists and NHS health care staff as well as foster families.
I offer Psychotherapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, role transitions, abuse, health anxiety and bereavement.
I have 13 years experience of working with adolescents and young people in care in relation to family difficulties, abuse, behaviour difficulties and general problems.
I am a trained supervisor within a primary care setting. I currently provide supervision for CBT Psychotherapists and NHS staff and staff within a Substance misuse organisation.
I am fully accredited with BABCP and UKCP I am a member of EMDR UK&Ireland
I believe that we can all benefit from exploring our life, our beliefs and our wants and desires. When we want change we have to be willing to look at making changes. I can assist you to explore your possibilities and keep within realistic life targets/goals.
Making changes or exploring issues can be difficult but with a valued and professional therapeutic relationship we can achieve more than we ever had thought possible if it is the right time for us and we are motivated.

I have been a clinical lead in an IAPT organisation providing therapy for the NHS clients.
I have experience working with male and youth offenders in prison.
I am an experienced supervisor within a primary care organisation.
