Profile
Jackie Schickler set up Cambridge Counselling Centre in 2009, having worked as Senior Counsellor at a bespoke treatment centre in London for the past 10 years.
She brings her vast experience of working with addictions, co-dependency and healthy boundaries into her work. Jackie is a warm, dynamic and interactive counsellor who offers clients a safe space in which they can heal and grow.
She has worked with a range of clients, and works with both individuals and couples. Some of the issues in which she works are:-
Relationships - with partners or family members. Understand the unconscious factors affecting your selection of each other. Identify any emotional dynamics that are being replayed from childhood. Learn how to relate to each other, and others in a more nurturing and loving way.
Addictions - whether to substances, alcohol, food or sex. In a climate of understanding and safety, we are able to address underlying issues that support addictions, as well as challenge beliefs that may cause a return to self-destructive behaviours.
Cambridge Counselling Centre is able to offer both short and long term work. Call us now.
