We all face many challenges in life and as an experienced counsellor working in a person-centred and integrative way I can offer you a safe environment to talk about any concerns you may currently have especially if you are becoming overwhelmed.
I believe you are the expert of you, and although I might gently challenge the occasional thought process or behaviour, your well-being will always be at the heart of our time together and you will decide which issues you would like help with. The content of our session and what we talk about (or remain silent about if you prefer), will always be your choice.
Our 1 to 1 sessions will comprise of up to an hour each, every week or so, depending on your needs and the number of sessions would be discussed at the beginning of our time together.
Short or long term counselling is available from my office in Wareham or Poundbury along with Skype and phone support. I am sometimes able to visit you in your home if travelling is difficult for you.
