Profile
I am a qualified counsellor, experienced in working with individuals and couples in various settings, with a special interest in relationship/family issues, post-natal depression and trauma.
I developed an interest in counselling while studying for my Psychology degree fourteen years ago and after being introduced to different ways of working therapeutically with clients (CBT, psychodynamic and humanistic approaches) I chose the Person-centred approach as the one that enables me to work in the best way that I can with clients.
I see the counselling relationship as one where you know best what needs to change in your life while my training and experience enable me to create the right environment to facilitate that change for you.
