ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, talking helps.
Research has shown that 80% of people who have been through the counselling process feel better off after therapy and that 65% of people improve their emotional wellbeing after only 7 sessions. (Therapy today November’14 :p 10)
My name is Iris, and I offer Humanistic Integrative counselling and psychotherapy.
Simply put, I focus on your unique personal potential as the aim of the humanistic approach is to inspire you with a deeper understanding of who you are, what you feel, and where you are heading. I provide you with the opportunity to explore all avenues.
I am skilled in offering a non-judgmental, supportive and understanding service in a safe and confidential environment where you have the freedom to speak openly and safely without being judged.
I offer you the chance to explore, find support, emotional release and achieve clarity in dealing with emotive difficulties that can sometimes appear overwhelming and insurmountable.
Counselling can be useful in exploring both past and present, even if initially it may feel confusing and you are unsure how and where to begin – that’s ok, as you and I will work that out together.
Particular attention is paid to combining the past, present and future, instead of concentrating on one specific area, problem or issue.
