Personal experience has shown me years ago how valuable counselling can be in processing difficult life events. It led me to train as a counsellor myself and therefore I am now a BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience.
Over time I have dealt with a wide range of issues as a face to face PCT (Primary Care Trust) counsellor as well as a telephone counsellor/case manager for a major Employee Assistance Programme (AXA PPP Healthcare). I also offer couples counselling.
You may just want to discuss a difficult problem you are struggling with at the moment, get a different perspective or gain some clarity.
Or you may feel that you could benefit from talking through difficult feelings related to unresolved issues from your past in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
Whatever it is - I believe no problem is too big or too small (no matter what anyone else thinks) - if YOU are struggling with it then it might be worth talking to someone who is not involved in your life and will not judge you.
I am a fully qualified, accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within its framework of good practice.
I am based at Haywards Heath Counselling Centre.
I can offer day-time and evening appointments and you can contact me by phone on either of the above numbers. When e-mailing, please include a number that I could call you back on. The Centre is situated right in the heart of Haywards Heath and parking nearby is easy. The train station is also approximately 15 minutes walk away.
