Life can be challenging, leaving you feeling stuck, unsupported and exhausted. Your problems may begin to affect your relationships at work, home and your social activities. Counselling can help with anxiety, depression, family & relationship difficulties, addictions and many other areas. Deciding to reach out for support may be daunting, who and were do you turn ? By reading this you are taking that step to seek the help you may need.
Speaking to somebody you will be able to talk through your worries, begin to understand your feelings, process your thoughts and start the journey to change and self awareness.
I am a registered BACP integrative counsellor working within their Ethical Framework. I have worked with various problems which include individuals & their families/partners who are in recovery from drug, alcohol and sex addiction. I offer a confidential space, am non-judgemental and we will work together to explore the most suitable therapeutic support to meet your individual needs.
Our first meeting together will be to introduce myself and explore what you want from counselling, building on our therapeutic relationship, making sure we are both happy to work together. I understand that making the decision to seek help may be difficult which is why this session together is important to help you feel safe, reassured and enable you to ask any questions you may have.
Please call me for further information.
