Imma Sorrentino Ricciardi
I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer safe, warm, confidential space to talk.
Sometimes we go through difficult times, we feel low, stuck and confused. Counselling can help you to see things differently and make changes in your life.
I work in a non directive way, meaning I won't tell you what to do or give you advice but by exploring your difficulties together you can gain some insights and understand how to move forward and making changes. Counselling is about empowering.
In the first session you will be able to talk about what concerns you and you can experience how I work and decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
