Ifediba Nwokedi Existential Psychotherapy/Counselling MA PG Dip. BACP reg.
At times we feel stuck and are unable to make sense of a present situation in our lives. Perhaps we feel aimless or face problems that we cannot get past on our own or with the help of friends and family. On the other hand, you may just be seeking to make changes to your life in order to find more meaning and direction. Psychotherapy and counselling provide you with the opportunity to explore your difficulty with a professional psychotherapist in a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment.
My aim is to offer a confidential space where you can talk about difficult emotional issues which may be stopping you from getting the most out of your life. For online counselling please contact me via

My fee is £55 for a 50min session via email or face-to-face payable by paypal in advance, cash or cheque. Your regular 50 minute sessions are also charged at £55 per session payable, either by cash, cheques or bank transfer via plusguidance to get further details.
To arrange an appointment for an initial consultation email me directly or via www.plusguidance.com. I offer appointments early evening Tuesday to Thursday between 5pm-7pm, wherever possible.
Your telephone call or e-mail enquiry will be treated in the strictest confidence, and you do not need to be referred by your GP to make an appointment. During the initial consultation meeting we will discuss your present needs and expectations, and any relevant issues. This will allow us to determine together if counselling or psychotherapy is suitable for you.
There is no obligation to take the therapy any further. If you decide to proceed, and you feel that I am the right person for you, we would then arrange a regular day and time to meet on an ongoing basis. If you do not feel I am the right therapist, I will endeavour to refer you to someone who might be.
