About me

I am a fully qualified psychodynamic counsellor/therapist offering individual therapy to adults. I am able to offer quick access to time-limited or long-term, open-ended counselling.

Psychodynamic Counselling focuses on help you gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, experiences and behaviour, past and present, conscious and unconscious. Sharing feelings, thoughts and fears can not only ease mental pain but also bring fresh insight, helping you to understand and make sense of things that may feel confusing. This can facilitate change and help you move forward in your life, particularly if you are feeling stuck.

Counselling may be an effective way of offering you the space to think about, explore and talk about issues that may be concerning you or affecting the quality of your life. This is offered in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment.

How to contact me:

I have a practice in Finchley Central (N3) located within a short walk of the tube station.

An assessment is initially offered to assist in determining the type of support that would be most beneficial. Each referral is then based on the specific needs of the individual.

If you have any questions, please contact me, and I shall get back to you within 24 hours.
