Profile
Hi, I am a BACP accredited, Integrative/Solution-focused and Person
Centred counsellor with 11 years experience.
I work with many issues: Anger, Depression, Anxiety, Alcohol addiction, Relationship/Marriage problems and many more, please refer to full list below.
I want you to feel relaxed and secure in a peaceful environment and I can see you outside of normal working hours until 7pm during the week and also on Saturdays and Sundays until 5pm.
I trained as an alcohol counsellor in Eastbourne 2001 and gained a counselling diploma from Bexhill college in 2004. I work privately and have recently seen clients who took part in a York University research programme into depression - the findings will be published in 2013.
I spent 5 years in the RAF and many years as a musician then decided to train as a counsellor and can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made. I still compose and take long walks in the countryside to clear my mind.
Phone me anytime for a friendly chat or to book your first session.
'' Let the light into your life to-day !''

the light is getting in. If you have suffered immeasurable mental suffering I encourage you to start the journey. (After 18 sessions)
