I am a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, accredited with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals and couples and practice both in Truro and near Penryn in Cornwall.
People contact me for many and varied reasons. People come for help through a crisis or important life transition. Some people want help with specific areas, such as, depression, personality difficulties, anxiety, trauma, low confidence, self esteem or stress and often people come to develop more meaning and purpose for their life. Click here for more detailed information on the specific areas I work with.
I am trained as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, a training which has enabled me to work effectively with a number of different therapeutic modalities. I am able to incorporate a variety of therapeutic technique, theory and process to my work, in order to ensure that the therapy is suited to each individual’s unique and specific needs.
