Holly Murphy, BSc Hons, PGDip, MBACP
I have a fresh new location this year where I have more flexibility to fit in clients through the week.
Please find me on Facebook and follow me for daily updates and inspiration
My name is Holly and I am an experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist with a background in Person Centred Counselling and Integrative Therapy.
I have a range of life experiences and I know the benefit that personal counselling can have on someone's life, having experienced counselling myself. This has enabled me to gain a deep understanding of the process.
I have a high level of flexibility as I use a variety of approaches to suit the individual needs of my clients. These approaches include; Person Centred Therapy, Mindfulness and Expressive Therapies.
My aim is to build a trusting relationship with clients and support them in becoming more self aware and reaching personal goals. Taking on a counselling journey, for whatever reason, can be challenging and I strive towards providing an experience that works for each and every client.
I receive regular supervision, have a full BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) membership and I am bound by its code of ethics in regards to safeguarding and client confidentiality.
Please feel free to contact me and ask any questions you may have, there's no obligations, I am available to give any help or advice that you may need, kind regards, Holly x
