Hermione Brown - Counselling & Psychotherapy (Bsc Hons)
As an integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor I am able to use a variety of theories. I feel that this gives me a broader knowledge of my subject, which leads to a greater understanding of the issues you want to address and to help you make the changes you want in your life. I work with both individuals and couples
There are many reasons for choosing to have counselling, it could be due to anxiety, depression, relationship and sexual difficulties or reoccurring issues and patterns. There may be issues you are dealing with now or they may be from the past. There are no right or wrong reasons for seeking out counselling.
I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment in which to explore your thoughts and feelings with the possibility of making changes or to find an acceptance of things that are difficult. Together we are able to explore your situation and to find a clear understanding with a positive way to move forward.
I believe for counselling to work you need to find a counsellor to whom you can relate and with whom you are able to develop a rapport. Please feel free to contact me in confidence to discuss your needs or for me to answer any questions you might have. Please do check your email junk folders if you are waiting for a response from me.
