About me

Hello, and thank you for reading my page.

Would you like to have counselling in your own home?

I offer a slightly different service because I can come to where you are, so if you would like counselling in the comfort of your own home, I can do that; if you prefer to meet outside of your home then I will find a dedicated place for us to meet every session as close to your home as I can find. I also have room availability in Havant.  This cuts out the travelling you need to do. I work within a 10 - 15 mile radius of Petersfield / Portsmouth.

Getting started: Phone or email me, and I will be happy to help.

I understand how overwhelming it can be to see so many names and profiles, so if you would just like to ask some questions, phone me or email me, with no obligation. Then, if you would like to meet, my first session with you is always free. During that session we can discuss what it is you would like to gain from counselling.  After that, if you feel that you would be comfortable working with me, we can continue weekly or by arrangement.  Just call or email me, and I will be happy to answer your questions.

I am qualified, I am passionate about what I do and am experienced in helping adults, couples, teenagers and younger children, as well as helping as Family Dynamics Therapist.

I can help you to understand why you are facing what you are in life, and encourage you to move forward.
