I am an integrative counsellor with a strong person centred base. I work with individuals on a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, eating difficulties, relationship issues and personal issues such as self-esteem and self-confidence. I have a lot of experience of working with adult survivors of sexual violence and historic childhood sexual abuse. I don't currently work with people under the age of 18.
On a personal note, I am a calm, kind and caring person. Prior to counselling, I had a rich and varied career history which included working in a Zoo, with a luxury travel company, a team of psychologists and a solicitor.
I am able to see clients in Ellesmere Port, Upton by Chester and Saltney.
