Helen Rose BA (Hons)
The Romney Centre Ltd
61 The Avenue
I am an experienced Person-Centred Psychotherapist/Counsellor, working from Therapy Rooms located on The Avenue, Southampton, with evening and Saturday appointments available. I am experienced in working with relationship issues, anxiety, depression or any other issue you feel is stopping you living life to the full. I am open, honest and laid back and will offer you a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment to explore any difficulties in your life. I will work alongside you, supporting you while you make your own choices. By talking about and exploring your emotions and feelings it may help you come to your own conclusions to empower you to take your next steps in life.
Talking to a counsellor can feel daunting, but can help you resolve and understand any challenges or difficulties you may be facing. Counselling can help you make sense of your emotions bringing about positive change in your life. I am down to earth and extremely easy going and therefore will put you at ease and enable you to open up without feeling under any pressure.
Please feel free to phone or e-mail me with any questions that you have and I will get back to you within 24 hours.
Person-centred counselling uses a non-directive approach - please see my website www.haywardcounselling.co.uk for further details.
