Further Information
My service is committed to working towards helping the client to resolve personal and relational issues which may be hampering them in their desire to live a life that is free from the constraints of other's expectations, also to live a life that is meant for them.
Integrative counselling incorporates three theories of counselling; Person Centred, Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic which encompasses all aspects of past, present and future experiences and how people act/react in relationships.
It can sometimes be difficult to speak to family and friends about personal problems; making the decision to begin therapy can also feel daunting. I offer a comfortable, confidential and accepting space where problems can be shared and resolved in a safe, supportive environment.
