About me

I am a transactional analysis psychotherapist and I specialise in trauma, both single and multiple traumas, historical and current, and PTSD. I am also able to offer counselling and psychotherapy to include depression, anxiety, bereavement, stress, bullying and difficult family dynamics.

I trained in EMDR and brainspotting, emotional freedom technique, behavioural family therapy, dialectal behavioural therapy (light), and coaching amongst other approaches. I have worked in the NHS since 1992 both in mental and physical health. I am also trained in occupational therapy.
