My training is based on the psychodynamic model, however I also incorporate elements of different approaches to meet individual needs and wishes.
I use my experience to adapt and work with you and address the things in your life which are causing inner conflict.Working together to establish an understanding of your reactions, thoughts and behaviours and where necessary empower and support you to make changes.
