I am a qualified Counsellor holding a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling recognised by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
My approach is underpinned by Person Centred theory, whereby I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and make changes within themselves.
