I am a qualified Counsellor holding a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling recognised by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and make changes within themselves, whether you are feeling depressed, in relationship difficulties or feeling isolated. I can offer you the opportunity and time to enable you to process your thoughts and feelings in a caring, safe, non judgemental and confidential environment.
If you are feeling anxious, isolated after a loss or struggling with day to day living, whatever your worry, I am here to support you. Take your first step to talk through, what is troubling you. You are the expert in what you need to move forward, I am here to help you get there safely.
I look forward to hearing from you.
