I am a qualified Counsellor holding a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling recognised by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
My approach is underpinned by Person Centred theory, whereby I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and make changes within themselves. Counselling provides you with an opportunity to help process your thoughts and feelings in a caring, safe, non judgemental and confidential environment.
Whatever the situation take your first step to talk through what is troubling you. You are the real expert in what you need to move forward.
