I am a qualified Counsellor holding a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling recognised by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
My approach is underpinned by Person Centred theory, whereby I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and make changes within themselves. I can offer you the opportunity to help process your thoughts and feelings in a caring, safe, non judgemental, confidential and friendly environment.
Whatever your worry or struggle I am here to support you. Take your first step to talk through what is troubling you. You are the expert in what you need to move forward, I am here to help you get there safely.
I look forward to hearing from you.
