Heidi Marson (MSc) - Your Time To Talk
I have counselling rooms in Derby, Burton-on-Trent and Uttoxeter and can offer daytime, evening and weekend appointments either face to face, by telephone, Skype or on-line to best suit your needs.
I believe that most of us, at some time in our lives, will struggle with what life throws at us. Whether it's pressure at work, the breakdown of a relationship, the loss of a loved one, a low mood that just can't be shaken off or a longer term issues affecting your life, the associated thoughts and feelings can be relentless. They can take over every aspect of our lives - affecting our sleep, with thoughts flicking through our brains like someone has a remote control.
Every aspect of our lives can be impacted. Busy thoughts and worries can prevent us from sleeping leaving us feeling exhausted. Our eating habits can be impacted as we either reach for the chocolate to comfort ourselves or can't face food as our appetite disappears. Relationships with family and friends can be tested to the limit as we can't face going out or feel tetchy and get niggled by the slightest thing as we become unable to moderate our frustrations and anger.
By talking things through you may start to understand your thoughts and feelings and identify what support is best for you to to be able to work towards positive changes you want to make in your life.
I can support with a wide range of issues and have experience of working with clients of all ages, including children.
If you feel that you would benefit from talking in a safe, confidential and non-judgement environment, please call or email me and we can discuss your individual needs.
