About me

Do you want to improve the way that you feel? This is quite a broad question. It means lots of things to many people. Allow me to help you find out the personal meaning of this statement.

I have over 7 years experience of counselling in a leading charity and within the NHS. I work with individuals and couples to work on ways of improving how you feel about the situation that you currently find yourself in. Counselling can be a scary undertaking. I hope to able to make the transition into counselling as smooth as possible for you. I believe that in each person’s capacity to change, grow and influence their lives if they are given the opportunity to work on themselves.

I can work in a time limited fashion and also provide long term counselling.

It is important for you to feel comfortable with the therapist that you choose, therefore, I offer a free 30 minute face-to-face consultation to discuss your needs, there is no obligation for you to then agree to ongoing counselling.

My available hours are evenings and weekends, I do have the capacity for some early morning sessions. All sessions will be on an appointment only basis.

Please feel free to arrange an appointment. I may be in a session, therefore, the best way to contact me is to either email me or send me an SMS and I will get back to you to arrange a face-to-face assessment.
