Haseena Hassan MBACP
I have worked as a stress management consultant in the NHS and as a senior counsellor and assessor for a counselling organisation affiliated to the Westminster pastoral foundation, in London. The vast majority of my clients have reported tangible benefits on conclusion of their therapy with me.
I am trained to work with the person centred, integrative and psychodynamic models. Whatever you bring, I will draw upon all my experience, knowledge and expertise to tailor an approach that will serve you best and assist you in realising the results that you need. Clients have reported that I create "a safe and neutral space" in which they feel comfortable enough to talk about whatever is concerning them.
This process can lead to the realisation that you have options, where you previously felt you had none. It is a real opportunity to resolve old hurts and conflicts to enabling you to have a more fulfilling satisfying life.
I do this work because I love it. In my experience the majority of people who engage in therapy get a real benefit from it. It is a pleasure, a privilege and hugely rewarding watching people growing and developing during the course of therapy.
I understand that sometimes it may be really difficult to seek help. If you feel it's time to take back control of your life or you just need a professional ear, why not get in touch with me? I am offering 50mins free of charge, so you can meet with me, ask any questions and explore whether you would like to work with me.

Leading a more fulfilling, satisfying life
£50 for 50 mins.
The initial consultation is will last between 50mins and an hour and a half. During this time i do an in depth assessment, to help us understand where your current challenges have originated from and/ highlight areas that need attention. Some clients have reported that they have found my assessments to be "powerful" "thorough" "healing" etc. The assessment will help me decide how I can best support you.
There is no obligation to continue working with me after this meeting, if you decide to continue and I feel therapy could help, we will establish a regular time and day for your appointment.
I also offer counselling on the phone and through the medium of Skype. If you do not have skype on your computer, if is very easy to install. There are instructions on my website www.haseenahassan.com , to assist you in this endeavour.
