I am a 17 years post-qualified person-centred counsellor. I create a space that is safe, warm and open to whatever feelings you need to explore.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. I have experience supporting children and young people. I work with all ages, and my aim is to ensure that all clients feel heard.
Telling your story is not always an easy journey. The counselling that I offer can hold any issues that you need to discuss.
I specialise in counselling for trauma, addiction, split family/separation issues, LGBTQ related issues, abuse, bullying, depression, anxiety, and stress.
I run my practice from two locations in Brighton and Hove.
Training, qualifications & experience
In 1998 I gained my Pre-Diploma in Counselling, from the University of Sussex.
In 2000 I qualified in an accredited Post-Graduate Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, from the University of Strathclyde.
In 2010 I qualified as a Clinical Supervisor, on an accredited course from the University of Plymouth.
In 2014 I gained my Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision, affiliated with the National Counselling Service.
