Health And Well-being Innovation Centre
I am a BACP registered counsellor, coach and NLP Master Practitioner. My counselling approach is humanistic, integrative and relational. This means that I use knowledge, experience and skills from a range of different approaches to meet my client's individual needs and wishes.
I work with my clients to address their needs as a whole person in a unique context. We use our relationship to create a safe, trusting, calm and confidential space where my client can develop greater understanding and acceptance of themselves and their lives. Developing self compassion and healthy coping strategies is often a focus.
I am also an HCPC registered speech and language therapist and have many years experience of working with children and adults with communication, attention and learning difficulties/disabilities. I am able to adapt the counselling situation for clients with these specific needs.
