I am an experienced BPS chartered Counselling Psychologist and HPC Registered Practitioner Psychologist recognised by Bupa, Axa PPP & Cigna with special interests in anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, addiction and depression. I have worked in psychiatry with adults and children extensively within clinical, forensic and community settings with the private sector and the NHS.
I additionally write for Adventure Bike Rider magazine, formerly wrote for Scarlet and currently also supervise CBT trainees at Birkbeck College, London. I lecture psychologists and non-clinicians in mental health and criminal justice agencies regarding high risk offending and risk managment.
I work in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Person-Centred Approaches and Existential modalities of treatment for couples, individuals and groups.
I am a Clinical Supervisor and provide reduced rates for supervision and personal therapy for students on BPS accredited training programmes.
I can provide assessments and treatments with reports upon request for employment tribunals and divorce.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained at Regents College, London Metropolitan University, Middlesex University, City University, the University of Derby and Rose Bruford College.
My qualifications are: Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (Regents College), Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology (London Met), Postgraduate Diploma in Legal and Criminal Psychology (Middlesex), Masters (Rose Buford), BA Hons (Derby).
Training - received & qualified in: HCR 20, RSVP, P-SCAN, PCL-R, START, CBT, GAD-7, PHQ-9. CORE-10, BDI, Clinical Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Existential Approaches.
Experience - 14 years psychiatric experience in clinical, forensic and community settings. Within this, 6 years experience of individual therapy and group therapy, addictions, primary care and 18 months forensic, medium secure patients, trauma, PTSD, EDU, self harm, domestic violence.

Full Fees are as follows:
Individual Initial Assessment, with clinical interview and risk assessment 1.5 hours £175
per face to face session, 50 minutes £100-£125

Negotiable sliding scale for low income and unemployed.
Report writing services: £500-£700 (depending on individual cases & assessments) 24 hours turnaround
Professional Individual Clinical Supervision £140 per two hour session
Professional Group Supervision £200 per two hour session
Trainee Counselling Psychologists' Individual Therapy £50 per session
Trainee Counselling Psychologists' Individual Clinical Supervision £100 per two hour session
Trainee Counselling Psychologists' Group Clinical Supervision £120 per two hour session
