The Rock Clinic
8 Western Street
I am a qualified and experienced psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples in the Brighton and Hove areas.
If you’re struggling with emotional or physical pain, stress, depression or anxiety, I can provide a safe and confidential space to talk, and begin your recovery.
I see the counselling process as collaborative – we will look at what your aims and objectives might be, and how we can work together to achieve them. The time it takes for you to feel better can vary, so I like to offer 'open-ended' therapy to ensure that your healing process is given sufficient time.
Our first session will be an introductory one where we begin the process of getting to know each other, and decide whether we would be happy to work together.
