H. Jan Munro
Life-force Centre For Natural Well-Being
3 East Hill
Hi, I'm Jan, an Integrative Counsellor.
We all feel sad sometimes, but for some more than others, but if these feelings won't go away, you may benefit from counselling.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore these feelings.
"Believe in yourself, the world can only change from within" (Eckhart Toile) Teacher, Author.
Believing in you means, believing in your capabilities, power of you, your dreams, your future.
Remember that everything and anything is possible when you believe in the power of you.
Let me take you on this journey with me. I genuinely want to make a difference to people's lives; and believe that each individual has within themselves the capacity to make that change.
Training, qualifications & experience
I bring 20 years of nursing experience into my counselling practice.
Through working short term and long term in primary health care, ongoing voluntary work with a young person's charity, I'm able to help you with a wide range of issues.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I use a range of theoretical approaches to help you understand your feelings and enable you to move forward into your future with greater self-awareness.
I work intuitively and creatively, using art and guided visualisation to facilitate my work.
I use both short term and long term therapy.
