Hi, I'm Hadassah and I would guess that if you've got this far you're looking for a counsellor or therapist that feels trustworthy and helpful. I am an experienced therapist and counsellor who works with individuals on developing themselves.
The most pressing problem for most people these days seems to be relationships breaking down, whether in the workplace or in your personal life with partners and children. What I offer is a talking therapy which leads to understanding the meaning of your patterns of behaviour. Once these patterns can be seen and talked through life long changes can be brought about. This doesn't happen quickly! If you've been messing your life up for years then six sessions isn't going to be enough to undo ingrained patterns.
So, if you want help with relationship issues, cross cultural relationships, affairs and betrayals, anxiety, depression, family issues, separation or divorce, bereavement, low self esteem, panic attacks, abuse (whether sexual or emotional), stress, eating disorders, then don't put it off.
Investing time in yourself and make changes to how you react and behave now can save you years of misery. A common and feeling statement clients make after working with me is, "Why didn't I do this fifteen years ago!"
If what I've just said makes sense to you and you're curious, you can gain more information from my website www.readingpsychotherapy.com
