About me

Emotions can be painful and challenging, to the point where they interfere with our enjoyment of life or where we expend a lot of energy trying to avoid them.  I help people to change their relationship with their emotions in order to make sense of feelings which are otherwise unmanageable and to move on with their lives.

Anxiety and depression are common difficulties which can be significantly helped with counselling, as are many other problems which are listed below and with which I work.  The process of seeking help can in itself be daunting, so I answer any questions that you may have by email or telephone before meeting for the first time.

If you are having a difficult time and are looking for an opportunity to improve your relationships, sense of wellbeing, or to work on reaching life goals, then I would be happy to hear from you.  I offer a collaborative relationship and am flexible in my approach so if you are looking for short-term therapy or would like to spend longer working towards more significant change then you can contact me by telephone or by email.
