I work one to one, face to face with clients. I have extensive experience working with bereaved clients and work with many other problems such as anxiety, depression, phobias, self esteem and most general mental health issues.
I use a Person-Centred approach and like to work with clients in a very relaxed manner giving you the time you need to work through what you feel is making you stuck in life.
I provide both short term (2-6 sessions) and longer term work. The first session is free of charge and there is no obligation to continue after that session.
I work under the ethical guidelines of the BACP.
