I work at a gentle pace and at a readiness which is finely attuned to your needs. Drawing upon 30 years’ experience in the professions of wellbeing and social care. I work sensitively and respectfully alongside my clients to address issues such as anger, anxiety, bereavement, depression, guilt, loneliness, panic attacks, phobias, relationship difficulties, sexuality, and trauma.
As part of my own training and personal development, I have encountered several years of Jungian analyses and then more intensive psychoanalysis, 3 times weekly for the last 5 years. I have regular clinical supervision to hold in check that our work is focused, solid, and evolving.
If you are feeling overwhelmed at the thought of beginning therapy or just unsure please do contact me. This first step is one of the bravest you will take on your way towards genuine change and authenticity.
