About me
If you are searching for a counsellor in this directory, you have already taken perhaps the most important step to overcome your present difficulty. As you can see from the list, there quite a few of us who work are qualified to work with people who are in some kind of mental distress. Some of us will resonate better with you than others. We all can offer something that is slightly different.
This is what I offer; I am what is called an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I know it is a long title but what it means is very simple. I am trained in different methods and techniques so that I can draw from the most useful methods to create a treatment plan that is specifically tailored to your needs. I concentrate on the difficulties that the client brings and provide the appropriate way to resolve the issues. I am interested in helping people to feel better.
In addition to being a Counsellor, I am a qualified Hypnotherapist. Being a psychology graduate, I have a keen interest in the latest psychology and neuroscience research so that I can keep up to date and improve my practice.

I offer a professional, confidential and ethical service, with the client's interest and wellbeing at the centre of it. The sessions take place in a welcoming and quite environment ideal for privacy. I am located within walking distance of Windsor town centre and there is parking available on the premises.
