Willowbeck Counselling is a quiet place where I can help you in a confidential, non judgemental atmosphere; where you can feel safe enough to explore yourself or any problems that you may have, make changes to negative thoughts and actions you have and hopefully start yourself on to a better life, safe in the knowledge that you have made the changes that you wanted. Listening to you is my first priority, until you know that I understand and I can help you move forward. Life can be difficult and help - invaluable. Special interests in helping with relationship problems, bereavement difficulties, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, depression & panic anxiety. I believe in listening without judgement & with full acceptance; giving the trust and freedom to people to find their own life changing answers with the help, support & guidance of a counsellor. I work from premises both in Leeds city centre as well as Wakefield centre and Barnsley. I also have qualifications in CBT & Couples Counselling as well as having completed introductions to solution focussed brief therapy.
I keep appointments during daytimes, evenings and weekends. I will also consider home visits on enquiry.

Fees
My fees are set at £35.00 per hour for private clients with reductions for current students.
I am happy to arrange for an initial meeting with a reduced charge of £10.00 to cover room use and parking only; for us to meet & give you the chance to go over any problems you are facing and then decide for yourself whether we can work together some more.
Sessions are usually an hour long and you can choose to continue for as long or short a time as you feel is useful or necessary.
