Gill Bicknell (BACP registered) psychodynamic counsellor
I am a psychodynamic counsellor based in Chelmsford.
I offer a confidential and safe space for you to speak openly and freely about what is on your mind without judgement.
With compassion, respect and through a mutual working relationship we will aim to understand how things are for you now and how to move to a more positive future.
Each individual enters therapy for their own deeply personal reasons. It can be daunting and scary but my hope is that together we can create an experience that increases your own self awareness and brings you the understanding you need. In our first session we will discuss what has brought you to therapy and what your hopes are.
